Raccordo Chiuso is a porcelain vase defined by a continuous, tubular geometry that recalls structural connectors and architectural junctions. The object develops from a modular construction, a recurring element in Claudio Campana’s ceramic practice.
 
Handmade through slip casting in plaster moulds, the piece intentionally preserves the traces of its making. Marks left by the mould and small irregularities become part of the visual language of the object, emphasising the relationship between industrial process and manual intervention.
 
Balancing structural clarity with material sensitivity, Raccordo Chiuso sits between vessel and sculptural object within the landscape of contemporary Italian ceramics.
